Purchasing and Shipping Procedures and Policies

Please read CAREFULLY before ordering a fire arm.

All Federal , State and local laws must be obeyed

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

TERMS OF SALE:
1. All guns are sold with no guarantee of shooting condition.
Have any gun checked by a qualified gunsmith before shooting. Collector guns are often
full of old, dried up grease, and will not function unless properly cleaned and lubricated.
Use common sense. Shooting a gun with old grease in the bore can destroy the gun.
2. All orders must be paid in advance. We do not ship C.O.D.
3. We accept American Express, MasterCard & Visa, but prefer a guaranteed form of
payment (cashier's check, money order, etc.).
4. Personal & business checks are accepted. However, if you are a new customer,
your check must clear (about 2 weeks) before we ship your order. No refunds
until your check clears.
5.We offer a 3 (business) day return privilege on any item we sell,
subject to the following conditions, unless other arrangements are made.
a. After 3 days, all sales are final.
Items returned after 3 days (at seller's option):
- may be refused by seller.
- may be subject to a restocking fee.
- may be accepted as a consignment for resale.
b. All returns must be received in the exact same condition as shipped,
with all the exact same parts.
c. No refund if parts are lost, or it has been fired, damaged, or altered in any way.
If you lose parts, damage, alter, or shoot it, you own it.
d. A few items may be offered "as is" with no return privilege.

9 DO NOT SLAM THE SLIDE CLOSED ON AN AUTOMATIC AS THIS MAY DAMAGE THE EXTRACTOR OR EJECTOR

10 DO NOT REMOVE GRIPS, GRIP SCREWS OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE GUN

11. Buyer may return a Firearm to a seller for a full refund as long as the Seller has been notified of the Buyer's decision to return the firearm) for any reason. The Seller may not charge the Buyer a restocking fee for a return - the Seller is obligated to issue a full refund for the firearm minus shipping. At no time during the inspection period will the Buyer
fire the firearm. If the Buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted to include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. In the event the Buyer has declined the sale, the Seller will only issue a refund AFTER the firearm in question has been returned to the Seller. Sellers will not charge a restocking fee for the return of a firearm, or chaise the buyer for the Final Value Fee - the Buyer is only responsible for his/her bid, plus shipping.
12. The mandatory three day inspection rule only applies to firearms. Everything else is at the discretion
of the Seller.
13. In general the guns must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
Any one of the above mentioned action by the buyer can and will result in voiding the return policy agreement. After 3 days if gun is not returned it can be refused by seller.
